V25-1102 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant of £425.70 for works replacing the front lounge and bedroom window in a property, as the applicant met all criteria except the age limit. In view of Anti-Poverty strategy, the applicant's low wage was considered to present an exceptional circumstance. (Para.5)
