V25-1101 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant of £2,670.77 for works replacing all windows in a property, as the applicants met all criteria except 100% Council Tax Benefit. Their 90% exemption however was considered close enough to the threshold as to present an exceptional circumstance. (Para.5)
