W2761/41 - Renewal of Consent W2761/35 for continued use of paddocks as overflow car park in association with Wildlife Park and Sunday Market.

W2761/42 - Renewal of Consent W2761/36 for temporary siting of toilets in association with Sunday Market.

W2761/43 - Renewal of Consent W2761/37 for continued use of land as Sunday Market and associated car parking.

W2761/44 - Renewal of Consent W2761/39, variation of Condition 3 of W2761/39 for use of land for Sunday Market and associated car parking.

W2761/45 - Renewal of Consent W2761/34 for use of land for car parking.

The recommendations of the Director of Planning and Building Control were for approval for a further five years, as the uses had now already continued for three years with few complaints arising. The observation of the Parish Council was for one year's approval. Three letters of complaint were reported, with content mainly on parking issues outside the site.

Members agreed that the market was a very well organised venture, and whilst aware of off-street parking issues felt this was an issue beyond the control of the organisers.

In making a five year consent, members were minded that the temporary toilet facilities should now be made into a more permanent arrangement, or at least screened with appropriate fencing in the foreseeable future.

RESOLVED

1. That planning permission, temporary for five years, be granted to applications W2761/41/43/44 and /45.

2. That planning permission, temporary for one year, be granted to application W2761/42.
