V25-1087 : PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE 1995/97
The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services relating to Groups 6 and 7. The tenants who were not satisfied had been revisited and the defective work rectified. RESOLVED
That the Tenant Satisfaction Survey in respect of programmed maintenance work be continued and monitored by report to each cycle of meetings.
