V25-1081 : SERVICE MONITORING GROUP

Following an introductory meeting with the Community Services Departmental Management Team on 5 November 1997, the Vice-Chairman had arranged the first Group meeting for 12 November 1997. Discussions focused on the issues surrounding service strategies and how improvements may be introduced into service standards and delivery, and a more comprehensive report would be brought to the next meeting of the Committee.

RESOLVED

That the report of the Vice Chairman on the Community Services Service Monitoring Group be received.

The Meeting was concluded at 8.15 pm
