V25-1067 : MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

A new memorandum had been prepared and signed, and a copy was held by Waveney and another by the Trustees. While it was essentially the same as the previous memorandum, it had detail changes and made clearer both the conditions of occupation of Broad House and the Trustees' title to hold Waveney's items on loan.

The Memorandum was accompanied by the current list of Waveney's items held by the museum, which would be updated from time to time. Mr. Reed raised a number of anomalies with the list and these would be resolved with the Principal Arts and Heritage Officer.

RESOLVED

That completion of the Memorandum of Agreement be welcomed, and that a copy be sent to SEMS to support the registration of January 1997.
