V25-1065 : FRIENDS OF LOWESTOFT MUSEUM
There were now 50 friends of Lowestoft Museum, which compared to five at the beginning of July. The cheese and wine evening in September was quite successful, although not as many attended as were originally hoped for. Two Newsletters had been published and a third would be produced for the end of the year. A joint evening with the Society and the various bodies would take place at the Yacht Club on 4 December 1997. It would consist of a buffet with antiques identification and pricing by experts. Proceeds would be shared between the Society and the friends. RESOLVED
That efforts to increase the number of Friends of the Museum continue.
