V25-1048 : HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE LICENSING CONDITIONS, GUIDANCE AND
The conditions, guidance and by-laws relating to Hackney Carriages and Private Hire Vehicles had been reviewed and updated to incorporate changes made by the Taxi Panel at its last meeting. These were attached for members consideration and confirmation. RESOLVED
That the revised Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing conditions, guidance notes and by-laws be confirmed. *Policy Decision
