V25-104 : W8440/10 SITE ADJACENT TO HUNTSMAN & HOUNDS, SPEXHALL

Application for erection of detached dwelling and garage.

The Sub-Committee were reminded that the principle of a dwelling on this site had been previously agreed, and it was the design and layout which was before them for consideration. The Director of Planning and Building Control only concern was the proposed location of the garage in relation to the existing trees. The applicant was happy to move the garage to protect the trees and relocate the electricity apparatus.

The Parish Council had no objection.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to an amended application W8440/10 with a relocated garage, subject to tree protection and relocation of electricity apparatus.

The meeting was concluded at 9.40 pm.
