Application for new entrance from Fen Lane.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as the Highway Authority had advised that access at this point was acceptable.

The Town Council observation was for refusal, as it was felt the proposed access would be too close to the bend of Pound Road and the road opposite.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W188/14.
