Application for construction of three dwellings with access and car parking.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as this was an extremely attractive infill housing scheme to replace a former coach depot.

The Town Council and neighbours were concerned with vehicle manoeuvring as the existing garage placement made turning difficult. However, the applicant had revised the layout and agreed to rebuild the neighbours garage further back, creating a further parking space and now meeting car parking standards.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to an amended application W10602/4.
