V25-1023 : 1 BARNABY GREEN, WANGFORD - EXTENSION TO STABLES

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the above development was approved, retrospectively, in September 1996 subject to conditions that the stable building be properly finished in rendering to match the house, and screened from the A12 by the planting of a hawthorn hedge. Despite reminders, there had been no compliance with either of these conditions, and the appearance of the stable block from the main road remained unsightly.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to serve a Breach of Condition Notice and to take all pursuant action to secure compliance with conditions of application W3854/5 relating to the Stables at 1 Barnaby Green, Wangford.
