Application for change of use to haulage depot.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, subject to improvements of access to College Lane. The site owner had confirmed that a 25 metre envelope of frontage was to be concreted shortly.

The Parish Council observation was for approval, with access via College Lane and Ellough Road only.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W4274/9, subject to access improvements.

(Councillor Ley declared an interest in the above item, and left the room during the debate).
