Application to construct a pair of semi-detached houses.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application had been refused at the last meeting of the Sub-Committee on grounds of over-development. The revised proposal involved smaller dwellings and was basically acceptable, although there was some scope to improve the elevations. Objections had been received concerning drainage, however, the recommendation of the Director was for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W14593/6.
