Application for change of use to B1, B2 and B8 uses.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that a previous proposal for a dairy depot had been refused and dismissed on appeal because of disturbance to residents caused by the proposed use of the access to Waveney Drive. However, the applicant had now secured a rear access off Riverside Road, so overcoming this objection; he recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W11676/6, subject to access to the site being via Riverside Road.
