Application to erect new boundary wall.

These two applications were considered together as they referred to the same site. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the proposal was to replace a poor quality timber fence. The proposed fence featured a variety of wall and railing panels which would complement this important listed building; he recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That listed building consent and planning permission be granted to applications W3760/6 and W3760/7 respectively.
