Application for change of use A1 to A3.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this proposal was for a fish and chip takeaway in a small shopping parade. Five objections had been received concerning parking, litter and smell, but the Director felt this was the right area for such a use and recommended approval subject to submission of details of odour suppression and opening hours to be as submitted.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W1193/5, subject to submission of details of the height of the pipe, of odour suppression and restricted opening hours.
