V25-1010 : W382/19 - HIGHGROVE CLOSE MOBILE HOME PARK, OFF FIR LANE, LOWESTOFT

Application for change of use for extension to existing mobile home park. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that although there was no objection in principle to the extension to the mobile home park, the proposed layout and spacing of the dwellings was far below normal residential standards. Revised layouts had been negotiated, however, the standard of access to the new site would still be below standard. Objections had been received regarding drainage and access, and the recommendation of the Director was for refusal.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W382/19.
