Application for construction of three houses.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application had been refused at the last meeting of the Sub-Committee on grounds of over-development. The application had since been amended to a semi-detached pair of houses which enabled more generous garden space, whilst still achieving adequate on-site car parking; he recommended approval of this revised scheme. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W6629/5.
