V25-1007 : W1626/7 - 18A STANLEY STREET, LOWESTOFT

Application to allow wholesale fruit and vegetable sales, variation of condition 2 of W1626/5.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that a previous application to allow retail and wholesale sales of fruit and vegetables had been refused at minute V25-811 on grounds of disturbance to residents. The current proposal deleted the retail sales and limited hours of operation to between 7am and 6pm. The recommendation of the Director was now for approval subject to the revised hours, no Sunday operation, modification of the pallet truck wheels to prevent noise nuisance and no retail sales.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W1626/7 subject to limit of hours of operation to between 7am and 6pm, no Sunday operation, modification of pallet truck wheels to prevent noise nuisance and no retail sales.
