Application to construct food retail store.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application for a 15,000 sq ft foodstore was before members for information only at this stage. There was concern that trade might be taken from the Town Centre, and advice was being taken from a Retail Consultant. RESOLVED
That the report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerning application W13102/4 be received.
