Application for construction of 103 houses and associated works, approval of details W11123/27

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application had been approved in outline at the last meeting of the Sub-Committee subject to appropriate conditions and the successful completion of a Section 106 Agreement.

The above application was a detailed application for Phase 1 of the development, and the Director considered that it provided a reasonable layout and mix of units and recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W11123/28, subject to the imposition of appropriate conditions following the successful completion of the outstanding Section 106 Agreement in connection with the formulation of outstanding draft outline permission.
